CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS
    • Planned and redesigned the warehouses for the Navel Facilities on the Dahlgren Naval Base, Virginia and Indian Head Naval Base, Maryland. The new designs increased the storage capacity by 75% and improved the shipping and receiving flow processes.
    • Serco Inc. was under contract with VDOT for two years and was not able to transition the VDOT assets during that time. This was a major contract deliverable for Serco. Within two months of my contract with Serco, I was able to transition the assets and obtain signed approvals from VDOT for the asset transition in all regions.
    • I have been called upon multiple times to take possession of failing projects in order to bring them back in scope and to meet the objectives within the schedule and cost.
    • mentored and trained subordinate Business Analyst and peer Project Managers to prepare for Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
    • I Created a Demand Analysis program that cut project labor time from two weeks to 5 minutes.

    • I Co-authored the Stock Funding of Depot Level Repairable (SFDLR) Standard Management Procedures which became a standard operation procedural guide for the US Army Reserve.
    • I saved the Army $15 Million in building replacement costs by organizing and leading a renovation effort that cost $7,200.
    • I was given two years to deactivate a Light Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic's Course in Fort Leonard Wood. I accomplish the task in six months.
