 CAREER OVERVIEW

30+ years of experience serving in IT technical and IT logistics roles, functioning as IT Technician, IT Asset Manager and IT Planner.  Responsible for planning, executing, finalizing, and maintaining IT assets for various projects based on stated objectives – including planning, acquisition and construction of complex networks and data centers.  Experienced in troubleshooting and repairing systems, imaging and software installation. Held subordinate and leadership positions on various projects.

Held leadership and subordinate positions on various projects to implement or maintain Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.  Played a key role in the fields of Information Technology, Information Management Planning, IT Asset and Inventory Management and Initial Outfitting and Transition projects.

Past Performance
Jesse Simmons has provided system implementations, inventory support, system training, technical support, and project management and supervision, for asset, inventory, facilities and fleet management for federal agencies such as Department of State, Central Federal Lands and Highways Division, and the Department of Interior, as well as, the District of Columbia’s Water and Sewer Authority.  Jesse Simmons has successfully managed and supported the entire lifecycle of the projects from the business process analysis and process reengineering, set up and configuration of the management systems, data migration and population, asset inventories and data population to training and system support.  The overall goal was to insure that each customer would be able to perform basic inventory, asset, and/or facility management functions at the completion of the projects.
